HOMESTAY GEMAS
Historically, Gemas has been an important meeting point of the Malaya Railway Line (KTMB) linking the east coast and the west coast of the Peninsula. Its station since 1992 is still in operation today and is just one of a thousand memories and history of the country. Locals say it was actually named after the discovery of a gold mine in a cave they called 'Gomeh' (golden cave). Whatever it is is actually related to the discovery of gold metal.
The place has not been fully explored but now the Gemas District Office in collaboration with the locals has made it a new tourist attraction that has been introduced between homestay or homestay package products.
